
Refund Policy
If you’d wish to return an item to genescar.us please follow the instructions below within 30 days of delivery. Safely pack the items within the first packaging that came with the merchandise. All Products must be returned in new condition. If the Products received are broken, please contact Customer Service.

Shipments must be pre-dispatched employing a traceable method like USPS or insured mail. Please note: Customers do not need to pay a fee to return the products to us. Shipping and handling charges are reimbursed.
We cannot accept cash payments on delivery.
You’d wish to provide a legitimate tracking number when filling out the return form for your return to be processed successfully.
Regular products are often returned for a refund, replacement, or a credit hold.
Once the warehouse has received and confirmed your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt), you’ll receive an email confirming that your return is complete. If there is a refund, it will be issued within 7 days. Please note that, depending on the financial institution, it’ll take another 3–5 working days for the credit to appear in your account.

REFUND POLICY
Returns We understand that sometimes you may not like your product — we offer a 30-day window to return your item for a refund if unused and in excellent condition. No restocking fee.
Contact us at support@genescar.us before returning for instructions.
Exchange To exchange a product, contact us at support@genescar.us — restocking fee is free.
Defective If you discover your order is defective, contact us at support@genescar.us with photos (no need to return the item) and we’ll immediately send a replacement.

Not as described or wrong Product Contact us at support@genescar.us with photos. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and ship the correct item immediately.

Change of mind Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days.
Cancel order We usually ship orders immediately. If you’d like to cancel, contact us right away — we’ll try our best, but cannot guarantee cancellation once shipped.

All refunds are issued after receiving and inspecting the returned product. It may take up to 7 days to reflect in your bank account. We work hard to keep every customer happy.
